Our Process

We deconstruct the learning experience that participants experience in these programs and:

• Identify what needs to be learned
• Identify the different learning activities and process (modes) needed to make that learning happen
• Identify the learning and communication technologies that could be leveraged to deliver the learning in a more cost effective and convenient manner
• Match the appropriate modes and technologies to the learning outcomes and processes needed
• Integrate the modes into a coherent program design that works and can be delivered to anyone, anywhere in the world (as long as they have access to some basic technologies), time and time again.
